Ranger Mountain Adventure
RANGER MOUNTAIN: Let me tell you about Ranger Mountain Adventure. Ranger Mountain Adventure is a key event for our Royal Ranger Program. This is one of the most memorable & spiritual events that your Ranger, will ever remember. Our Adventure starts on the 2nd Tuesday of June (This year June 17th-21st) & ends on that Saturday. Our adventure takes up to Ranger Mountain which is by Judith Gap. Weather here is unpredictable (to say the least) but once we reach Ranger Mountain we get tents set-up and get ready for the real adventure to start. We teach boys about key outdoor activities. Each activity is insanely fun for boys, but we also teach them safety. Some of our activities include, building fires, learning about & using knives & axes, rope tying, lashing, compass, etc... We also participate in events with other outposts from all across the state of Montana. We also have key devotions, bible time & chances to learn about how Jesus is impacting and can impact our lives. I'm telling yah, this is EPIC. If you want more info, please fill out the below form and we will provide you with all the key details. Oh, also did we mention that we give each boy the opportunity to earn their way to Ranger Mountain!!! Plus up at Ranger Mountain, your Ranger will earn the 5 merits below.
